New Endocrinology dept head at NIMS

The endocrinology department at the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) which was closed for want of medical staff is now up and running.
Hyderabad: The endocrinology department at the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) which was closed for want of medical staff is now up and running.
Dr Chanukya was appointed on July 15 and the department now has started to function. The services have also started in the evenings.
Earlier, the Health and Family Welfare officials had directed Dr Manohar, Director, NIMS to make the department functional as pressure from the patients was mounting.
