Addressing the media, the Minister clarified that the projects would be completed in time in order to make Telangana a greener state and added that every person should take the responsibility of protecting the sapling planted.
Harish Rao later alleged that the opposition parties conspiring to obstruct the construction of the Mallanna Sagar project by spreading lies to the people. The Minister asserted that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has given top priority to the irrigation project by allotting Rs. 25,000 crore.
