Retired High Court Judge Justice B. Chandra Kumar on Wednesday addressed the Mallannasagar outsees\' agitation where he questioned the TRS government over the people protesting against the Mallannasagar reservoir.

Particularly questioning Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao on his movement during the Telangana agitation, Justice Chandra Kumar asked that if people protesting during that time was right, how could it be wrong now.
The retired Justice further added that the TRS government was turning people homeless in the name of irrigation projects and alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao along with Harish Rao are resorting to unlawful acts in the disguise of irrigation projects. He further warned the Telangana government that the project construction would not culminate by taking forcible signatures from the people eliminating them from their lands.
