With the leakage scam of Telangana EAMCET - II exposed, the CID are investigating the case and have already arrested the main culprits involved in this leakage.

However, the students who attained good ranks in the exam are protesting in front of Telangana Secretariat over the government's move on cancellation of the exam. Stating that they would approach the court in case the government decided to conduct a re-exam, the students said that they are not willing to go through the stress of preparation once again of appearing for the exam.
The students are now urging the Telangana government to punish the students who resorted to malpractice and not every student who appeared for the exam.
Speaking on the issue on Thursday, TTDP Working President Revanth Reddy lashed out at the TTDP Working President EAMCET leakage and even expressed doubts over the involvement of high profile people in the scam.
