​Hyderabad: Parents of EAMCET-II toppers on Friday demanded that the government sack Health Minister C Laxma Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Kadiyam Srihari for failing to prevent the leak of the EAMCET entrance paper.
Parents in large numbers along with Congress party’s student wing NSUI and Aam Aadmi Party workers staged a dharna at Indira Park.
A parent of one of the toppers alleged that the entire episode was the result of negligence on the part of two Ministers.
He called for stringent punishment to the Ministers concerned. Several parents also demanded the arrest of all those responsible for the leak, including the kingpin and beneficiaries of the scam.
