KCR's security officer gun misfires

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's security team dismissed a reserve inspector from the Intelligence Security Wing, V Vasudeva Reddy for accidentally firing his weapon at the Moinabad firing range. He was asked to report at the police headquarters as a departmental inquiry takes place.

The misfire happened when he was handling it in the hallway which led to panic in the building. While officials stated that there were no injuries, sources revealed that a police officer had been injured in the incident. The reserve inspector was supposed to have been relieved from the security detail next month on rotation.
