Warangal: Students should make use of resources available and sacrifice a few needs to realise their dream of becoming accomplished engineers, said Infosys Group Project Manager Suresh Narra.

The students need to be careful in setting up their priorities and make better use of learning opportunities. The management and faculty have to identify the gaps in students’ learning process in order to ensure them a bright future, he noted.

He addressed a gathering of students at SR Engineering College (SREC), where an orientation programme for B Tech first year students was organised at Ananthasagar in Warangal on Thursday.

NIT Warangal Prof KV Jaya Kumar also asked the students to make use of the available sources to get more knowledge for a better future, while explaining the importance of engineering education and role of engineers in the society.

SR Educational Institutions Chairman A Varada Reddy said the SREC stands on top of the list of prominent engineering colleges in the State by receiving accreditations from NAAC with A grade, UGC and NBA as an autonomous institution, where strict anti ragging were being implemented.

He asked the parents to motivate their children to explore new heights in the world of technology.
