Hyderabad: The Telangana unit of the TDP on Friday urged Governor ESL Narasimhan to take necessary measures for the strict implementation of the Centre’s Land Acquisition Act, 2013, and also sack two State Ministers for their failure in stopping the infamous Eamcet-2 paper leak.

A party delegation led by T-TDP president L Ramana while submitting a memorandum to the Governor, brought to his notice the TRS government’s failure in implementing the Central Act and forceful land acquisition under 123 GO which has been quashed by the High Court recently.

The T-TDP leaders complained to the Governor that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had been functioning like a ‘dictator’ and was enforcing GO 123 even as the oustees at Mallannasagar reservoir in his native Medak district were already on a warpath.

Referring to the Eamcet-2 leakage scam, the Opposition party held Medical and Health Minister C Laxma Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister K Srihari responsible for the whole episode.
