CC cameras installed near women’s hostel
Students on Thursday shared their happiness over this development with Hans India. The students had expressed anguish over the anti-social activities during nights when they had to face severe inconvenience and spend scared moments, particularly when their clothes were forcibly taken away and burnt.
Nizamabad: Officials have responded to the stories published in The Hans India about the anti-social elements misbehaving with the inmates of working women’s hostel here at Subashnagar. They arranged five CC cameras on the premises as a step to provide security to students.
Students on Thursday shared their happiness over this development with Hans India. The students had expressed anguish over the anti-social activities during nights when they had to face severe inconvenience and spend scared moments, particularly when their clothes were forcibly taken away and burnt.
The anti-socials also used to drink beer and break the bottles near the hostel causing panic among the inmates. With the installation of the CC cameras, the students said they would be fearless.
