Warangal: The women have a very significant role for the success of the ongoing Haritha Haram, said Assembly Deputy Speaker Padma Devendar Reddy.She along with Forest Minister Jogu Ramanna, MLA D Vinay Bhaskar and others, planted saplings at Pingile Government Women’s College in Hanamkonda on Thursday, marking the silver jubilee celebrations of the College.

Speaking to press persons on the occasion, the Deputy Speaker and the Minister said Telangana Haritha Haram programme is a unique programme initiated by the Chief Minister, K Chandrashekar Rao. The active participation of public, mainly the women was a must for its success.
