Link Aadhaar numbers to accounts: Andhra Bank
The Zonal Manager of Andhra Bank (Secunderabad region) D V Dhanunjaya Rao urged all customers to immediately link their Aadhaar Card numbers to their account in their respective bank branches and avail the benefits of transfers such as subsidies and concessions, if any, from the Government of India.
Hyderabad: The Zonal Manager of Andhra Bank (Secunderabad region) D V Dhanunjaya Rao urged all customers to immediately link their Aadhaar Card numbers to their account in their respective bank branches and avail the benefits of transfers such as subsidies and concessions, if any, from the Government of India.
Customers would be covered under the Accident Insurance Benefit Scheme by seeding Aadhaar and mobile number to their accounts under the Pradhana Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana.
Special camps would be held at the branches on every first Saturday, second Friday, third Saturday, fourth Friday and fifth Saturday of the month to facilitate the customers for seeding their Aadhaar numbers and mobile numbers to their bank accounts.
Rupay Card Distribution and PIN activation would also be done on those days, he said.
The zonal manager further added that Aadhaar and mobile seeding would be enabled at all branches and ATMs and through Internet banking, micro ATMs, and SMS modes.
