A foreign woman taking holy dip in River Krishna at Ramalayam Ghat became the main attraction at Nagarjuna Sagar on Friday.

Kcladina Disowja from Switzerland took the pushkar bath in Krishna river and participated in pooja in Shivalayam at Nagarjuna Sagar. She wished the fellow pilgrims saying ‘Namaskaram’.
Kcladina Disowja has come to Konda Mallepally in the district a few days ago as part of a NGO’s work. When she got to know about the Krishna Pushkaralu through media, she expressed interest in taking bath.
She visited along with some local people working with the NGO.
Tour guide Satyanarayana told her about the significance of the river festival.
Speaking to the media, Kcladina Disowja said that she has great respect towards the Indian culture. She also appreciated the arrangements made by the government for the river fest.
