42 complaints filed against Nayeem.
Complaints from victims against slain gangster Nayeem and his family members are continuing, particularly in Bhongir division.
Nalgonda: Complaints from victims against slain gangster Nayeem and his family members are continuing, particularly in Bhongir division.
So far, 42 complaints were received from victims within the limits of Bhongir division and three in Nalgonda town. Majority of the cases were filed under the sections related to extortion, land grabbing and threatening at gun point.
Meanwhile, the police expidited investigation into the complaints and getting ready to file the First Information Report (FIR).
On Thursday, Proprietor of Nandini Electricals Narahari complained to police that Nayeem gang threatened him to pay Rs 2 crore regarding a land deal.
He said the slain gangster’s followers took him blindfolded to Nayeem. On repeated requests, Nayeem reduced the amount to Rs 25 lakh. Narahari said he had paid Rs 25 lakh to Nayeem’s aide Pasham Srinu in Bhongir.
Three extortion cases were filed against the aides of Tomato Srinu, a close associate of Nayeem, at Nalgonda one town police station. Attempt to murder case was filed against Tabreez, son of Hasmitha Begum (Naeem’s sister) and his five friends.
