HC directs police not to arrest complainants against GVK SEZ

The petitioners are arrayed as accused in the criminal case by the Chief Finance Officer of KSEZ contending that they along with one C Bhaskar were blackmailing the KSEZ.
The petitioners contended that the complaint was without any basis, would not constitute an offence and was made as a way of arm-twisting to prevent the petitioner from proceeding to expose the illegalities of the complainant.
