Mahbubnagar: District Collector TK Sridevi has directed the officials of various departments to submit data on distribution of staff, new offices and files in the light of formation of new districts.

She was reviewing the progress on orders issued by her earlier to all departments in a meeting held at Collectorate on Wednesday. The Collector had directed the officials to prepare profiles of each of the three new districts to be created and find suitable buildings to house government offices.

She further asked the government departments which had not furnished staff particulars so far to furnish the same immediately. “Files in government offices should be maintained as per the government pro forma. Important files should be scanned immediately,” the collector said asking officials to furnish the details on movable assets and vehicles.

Sridevi made it clear that the data furnished should be free from errors and added that if hiring of private vehicles was needed, the information should be uploaded only after relevant sub-committee approved it.

District Revenue Officer Bhaskar, Officer on Special Duty Srinivasa Rao, Additional Superintendent of Police Kalmeshwar and others took part in the meeting.
