The water level in Musi project has reached 642 feet against the gross storage capacity of 645 feet by Thursday noon. The water inflow of 13,500 cusecs was continuing to the project. If the inflow continues at this level, water in Musi project would reach its full capacity forcing to lift the gates. 

Nalgonda: Almost all tanks in the district were overflowing due to continuous rains since four day. An average rain fall of 18 mm was recorded in the district in the last 24 hours. Bheemaram tank in Kethepally mandal, Chillepally cheruvu in Nereducharla, Voora Cheruvu in Garidepally, Pedda Cheruvu in Bhudan Pochampally, Daidavariguden tank in Nalgonda, Gangananapalem tank, Parkala tank, Jerripothulagudem tank, Budamarlapally tank and Pothannakunta were overflowing.
