The State government on Thursday night issued an ordinance transferring all cases that are pending in AP Administrative Tribunal to the High court.
Hyderabad: The State government on Thursday night issued an ordinance transferring all cases that are pending in AP Administrative Tribunal to the High court.
As a result of this, all cases pertaining to Telangana would hence forth be heard by the High Court. All information pertaining to the pending cases would be provided by the high court to the petitioners.
The Governor on the recommendation of the State government has issued the ordinance since the State Assembly is not session.
