Hyderabad: Stating that the Kalwakurthy people would burn the effigy of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao instead of ‘Ravanasura’ effigy for this Dasara festival, Kalwakurthy MLA Challa Vamshi Chand Reddy has alleged that the “creation of new districts has become a stone in the hands of a mad person”.
Speaking to mediapersons at Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday, Vamshi Chand who met the high power committee chief K Kesava Rao urging him to make Kalwakurthy a division, asked the Chief Minister as to how they can celebrate Dasara in a happy mood when he was not bothered about the requests of the people.
