​Mumbai: A large number of people belonging to Telangana residing in the city participated in the Bathukamma celebrations at Appa Sahib Marg, Prabhadevi, on Thursday under the auspices of Telangana Jagruti Maharashtra branch. The festival is being organised in six areas of Mumbai.

The Worli area of Mumbai resembled Telangana, as Bathukamma songs were rendered by the participants in the festivities.
