Bhadrachalam (Khammam): Demanding Bhadradri district, CPI (M) MLA of Bhadrachalam Sunnam Rajaiah and Telugu Desam constituency in-charge K Phaneeswaramma sat on a fast-unto-death protest separately at the temple town on Thursday.Addressing a large number of people who gathered at the protest, Rajaiah accused the Chief Minister, K Chandrashekar Rao of ignoring the demand for Bhadradri district despite its historical importance.

Meanwhile, Phaneeswaramma also launched an indefinite hunger strike demanding Bhadradri district. She criticised the CM for not giving importance to the tribal communities’ demand for a separate district.
