Khammam: In a kind gesture, the officials of Irrigation Department donated provisions to the inmates of Mephi Mentally Retarded Rehabilitation Centre here on Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, former and present engineers of Khammam Irrigation Circle superintending V Ramesh urged their colleagues to come forward and do their bit for the specially challenged children. Both the officials also gave away Rs 10,000 each to the managing director of the Mephi N Prameela towards the needs of children.
