On Wednesday he visited Kodad RDO office and inquired about its functioning and problems. Later speaking to the media, the Collector informed that the government has allotted 400 two bedroom houses to Kodad Assembly constituency for the eligible poor. The officials were searching for available government land to launch the scheme.Â
Kodad (Suryapet): District Collector Surendra Mohan said that the district administration was searching for suitable land for the construction of two bedroom houses to the eligible poor and burial grounds to three major religions in the constituency.
On Wednesday he visited Kodad RDO office and inquired about its functioning and problems. Later speaking to the media, the Collector informed that the government has allotted 400 two bedroom houses to Kodad Assembly constituency for the eligible poor. The officials were searching for available government land to launch the scheme.
The officials were also searching for two acres of land each for burial ground for Hindus, Muslims and Christians. With nine employees, the Kodad RDO started functioning and it would be developed one of the best RDOs in the district in near future. Kodad RDO Sriramulu, Tahsildar Sridevi, Municipal Commissioner Amarender Reddy, Chairperson Ontipuli Anitha and other officials participated.
