Blood donation camp in Wanaparthy today
To commemorate the Police Martyr\'s Day, the police departments in Nagarkurnool, Mahbubnagar, Wanaparthy and Gadwal have been holding mega blood donation camps in all the four districts.

Mahbubnagar: To commemorate the Police Martyr's Day, the police departments in Nagarkurnool, Mahbubnagar, Wanaparthy and Gadwal have been holding mega blood donation camps in all the four districts. As part of this, Nagarkurnool SP Kalmeshwar inaugurated the mega blood donation camp on the premises of Nagarkurnool police station on Friday and donated blood.
Along with the SP, District Medical and Health Officer Sudhakar Lal and Nagarapanchayat Chairman Vanga Mohan Goud also participated in the blood donation drive. Nagarkurnool SP Kalmeshwar said, “Police have been playing a vital role in keeping order in the society.
As part of this, many brave police officers have sacrificed their lives to protect the common public and restore peace in the society. Their sacrifices must be remembered and everyone should come forward to donate blood which can save the lives of people during emergencies.”
Last week, Mahbubnagar SP Rema Rajeshwari had also organised a mega blood donation camp in Jadcherla where in many volunteers, police personals and others donated blood. Similarly, Wanaparthy district SP Rohini Priyadarshini will be inaugurating a mega blood donation camp in Wanaparthy town on Friday.
