Sathupalli: Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajesh on Thursday inaugurated a mega blood donation camp at Sathupalli circle office, organised in connection with Police Commemoration Week celebrations. Circle inspectors, SIs and department personnel took part in the camp. Addressing the participants, the DSP observed that blood donation will save precious lives, besides benefitting the donors as their blood will get refreshed. He handed over fruits and juice to the blood donors.

Meanwhile in Wyra, about 100 people, including personnel of the Wyra sub-division and SIs, donated blood at a camp here on Thursday, organised marking the Police Commemoration Day. Wyra Deputy Superintendent of Police Sridhar Reddy inaugurated the camp. While complimenting the donors, he said their gesture would benefit those injured in accidents. The DSP appealed to the people to donate blood for saving precious lives.

Similarly in Bhadrachalam, 30 personnel of Mulkalapally, Burgampahad, Palvoncha Town and Rural police stations donated blood at a camp organised in the Palvoncha station on Thursday to mark the Police Commemoration Day. Town SI Satynarayan Reddy, Traffic SI Raju, Mulkalapally SI Ramcharan and staff attended the camp.
