Light to moderate rain/thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana from October 29 to 31, the Met department bulletin said on Thursday. It said dry weather was likely to prevail in the State on October 28.

During the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Thursday, dry weather prevailed in Telangana. There was no large change in the day temperatures. They were appreciably above normal at one or two places.
The highest maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius was recorded in Mahbubnagar. The temperatures recorded in other parts of the State were: Khammam and Nalgonda 34 degrees Celsius, Adilabad, Bhadrachalam, Hanamkonda, Hyderabad, Medak, Nizamabad and Ramagundam 32 and Hakimpet 30.
The bulletin said there was no large change in the night temperatures in the State except that they were appreciably below normal at one or two places. The lowest minimum temperature of 16 degrees Celsius was recorded in Medak.
