​Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is likely to take steps to revamp the TRS organisational set-up and in the process; he is likely to draft three of his Ministers for the party work before mid November.
According to party sources, KCR is likely to announce the State committees on November 5 or 7 and the Ministers are likely to be vested with some important posts. Political circles say that this would be followed by reshuffle of the State Cabinet.

Those who may be drafted to the party work include Jogu Ramanna, T Padma Rao and Pocharam Srinivas Reddy. Party sources say that the Chief Minister is keen on inducting some young blood into the Cabinet. He is also likely to induct a woman member this time.
As TRS is gearing up to celebrate completion of first half of the five-year term, sources say Chandrashekar Rao wants to bring changes in the party’s organisational structure and the government with a view to propagate TRS government policies and programmes among the people.
KCR is said to be of the opinion that the next two half year period is crucial for the party and it should evolve new strategies to win over the people to return to power in 2019.
The party needs to focus on deliverance of promises and for that a young team in the government and effective party support under the guidance of senior leaders isnecessary, according to party sources.
The Chief Minister, it is said is keen to fill all nominated posts by mid- November. There are about 40 nominated posts of which 16 have already been appointed.
