The Congress party is making this move as a protest against the Centre's decision to demonetise high value notes.
TPCC President Uttam Kumar Reddy said the currency ban has brought misery for the poor, middle class people and housewives.
While he asserted that Congress is in favour of the war against black money and corruption, the Centre's move on cancelling Rs.1000 and Rs.500 notes without proper planning and application has resulted in chaos throughout the country.
