In regard of the demonetization move, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao lent his support to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decision yet maintained that the people are going through hardships for which the Centre should take measures to ease the process.

On the other hand, TRS MP Seetaram Naik stated that the move was creating havoc in the country and said that the public are struggling to exchange and withdraw the money adding that the Prime Minister cannot avoid the Parliament.

He further asked the PM to announce the measures being taken up by the Centre to monitor the crisis in the country.

Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao on Monday urged the Centre not to kill the small fish in order to kill the crocodiles. TRS party is turning critical to demonetization owing to the continous shortage of currency in banks and people standing in queues for hours together.

TRS MLC Palla Rajeswar Reddy said that if the public inconvenience is removed, Centre's decision would be appreciated. He urged the Centre to issue more Rs 100 notes as people are facing issues with exchange of Rs 2000 notes.
