Hyderabad: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education has issued strict guidelines for transparent filling of management quota seats in the law colleges of the State.

The guidelines have been issued to fill 20 per cent management seats for 3 Years LLB, LLB (Hons), 5 Years BALLB, BALLB (Hons), BBA LLB, B Com LLB and LLM courses for the academic year 2016-17.

According to guidelines, candidate should be an Indian national, should have the rank card in TS LAWCET – 2016-17, any degree from recognised university of the country, in 10+2+3 for 3 year LLB, 10+2 for five year LLB and secure 45 per cent marks in the qualifying exam in the case of OC and BC students, and 40 per cent for SC and ST students.

The college managements should verify the results and genuineness of the pass certificates submitted by the candidates and also responsible for the admission made under category ‘B’ management quota (20 per cent) seats for all purposes.

The managements shall comply with the guidelines and failure in implementing the same shall entail actions as per the relevant acts and rules in force.

The last date for submission of the admission lists to the TSCHE is December 14. Late submission of proposals beyond the cut-off date will not be permitted under any circumstances, and the college management will be held responsible for the ratification of the students admissions.
