Hyderabad: A Task Force constituted to study the enforcement of cashless economy in Telangana has requested people and organisations to give suggestions positively by December 10.

Suggestions can be forwarded to the following mail ID [email protected] Task Force Chairman and Principal Secretary to government Suresh Chanda said that the force has been constituted to study the cashless payments and receipts system and suggest policy and infrastructure measures required for the implementation of cashless economy.

Holding a video conference with Collectors, Chanda enquired about the requirements for the effective implementation of the e- cash system and asked them to come out with suggestions before Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao holds a meeting with the district authorities next week.

The official said that the task force would hold meeting with bankers to ascertain the requirement of infrastructure and logistic support for the implementation of cashless economy on fast pace in two or three days. Based on the outcome of the meetings, recommendations would be made to the government, he added.
