Speaking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan, the TPCC chief said that the party got over 20,000 applications from each Assembly constituency during the campaign. He said that the government was wilfully delaying the waiver of farm loans and demanded the government to waive off the farm loans in one go.

He said that the State government was being indifferent towards the farmers despite Centre giving its nod to the state to give Rs 3,000 crore loans to the farmers. TPCC president said that the State government was playing with the lives of lakhs of poor students by not clearing their fee reimbursement dues.

He said that the government's delay to clear fee reimbursement dues was affecting the studies of 14 lakh students pursuing various course in 3,200 colleges across the state. He demanded the KCR Government to pay fee reimbursement dues of Rs 3,500 crore immediately, saying that the college managements were unable to pay salaries to their staff. He said that the party received at least 5,000 fee reimbursement applications from the students from each Assembly constituency during its application campaign.

He said that the party will celebrate December 9 as 'Thanksgiving Day' to mark Congress President Sonia Gandhi's birthday and to thank her for declaring the formation of Telangana state on this day in 2009. The TPCC chief said that the party would organise protest programmes on December 20 at Indira Park and at districts to mount pressure on the KCR government to fulfill various poll promises.
