​Hyderabad: The Cyberabad police on Saturday took Satyanarayana Singh aka Sattu Singh into custody in Kerala and is being brought to the city.
Singh is the owner and builder of the multi-storey building that collapsed in Nanakramguda in which 11 labourers were killed. Singh was on the run ever since the building collapsed late on December 8 evening.
A senior police official said Singh would be thoroughly interrogated to ascertain details such as who helped him in taking up the construction without permission.
Police sources said Singh enjoys enormous clout with the leaders of various political parties. He also influences officials of various departments with his money and muscle power.
