Greater role for Indian Americans need of the hour: Krishna Saagar

Addressing a gathering on the second day of the Republican Party’s Annual Convention at Virginia, Rao highlighted the dire need for unity, both at the party and national levels, to help rebuild the degenerating American national values and economy and restore the country’s greatness.
In his 30-minute recent speech at the Convention, Krishna Saagar Rao shared how he had successfully predicted Donald Trump’s victory in the recent US Presidential elections and elaborated his perspective on the challenges ahead for the Republican Party and USA on domestic and international fronts.
Krishna Saagar Rao, in the course of his speech, urged the Trump Presidency to have a relook at the foreign policy with regard to the Indian sub-continent so as to determine true allies in the region.
He pointed out that India had always been a friend of USA with deepening ties in the areas of trade and culture running for decades.
Rao opined that the Trump Presidency would be marked by huge, unconventional and disruptive decisions that would drive changes in America’s economic, military and global stature.
Krishna Saagar Rao called upon party leaders to support the newly-elected President’s national and international endeavours and stand behind him with unity in the larger interests of USA and the world.
His co-speaker for the event Carly Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlett & Packard and former Presidential candidate contestant of the Republican Party in US Elections 2016, praised Krishna Saagar Rao’s speech as one that opened great opportunities for USA to re-engage a new foreign policy with India.
