Hyderabad: Minister of State for Defence Dr Subhash Bhamre on Thursday inaugurated BDL’s state-of-the-art explosive storage facility at Kanchanbagh.
Upon his arrival at the facility, the minister was given a warm welcome by Chief Managing Director of BDL V Udaya Bhaskar.
He also spoke to senior officials of the organisation and office-bearers of various associations. The CMD apprised him of production activities being carried out at BDL and expansion plans.
He went round various production facilities in the factory. The new facility of BDL is a compact layout of storage magazine, under foolproof safety mechanism.
