Leader of the Opposition in the TS Legislative Assembly K Jana Reddy on Thursday said that Congress played a prominent role of Opposition in the Assembly winter sessions.
Pointing out that Congress had successfully questioned and brought notice to the issues in the state, further garnering answers from the ruling TRS party, Jana Reddy said that the Congress members also reminded the TRS party promises made during the elections which have not been fulfilled so far.
The Congress leader added that the party members even co-operated with the ruling party in the smooth running of the house.
