Enroll as voters & elect best leaders: Collector Ronald Rose

​Mahbubnagar: District Collector Ronald Rose administered the pledge to all the young voters enrolled in the district to utilise their right to vote and elect the best leader of their choice and protect the spirit of democracy in the country.

While flagging off a student’s rally on the occasion of 7th National Voters day celebrations at the Boys College grounds in Mahbubnagar, the Collector said that every individual who reaches 18 years of age must be enrolled as voter and get their right to vote.

“Vote is the most powerful tool in the democracy, particularly the youth must come forward and take the responsibility to spread the awareness about the importance of vote to everyone and must take part in the elections and use their powerful vote to chose the right leader who can give the right direction and path for the country’s development,” said Ronald Rose.

On the occasion the students took part in the rally from Boys College to Town hall in the district and spread awareness about the importance of vote to the people.

Later, the district Collector, MLA Srinivas Goud, and district Magistrate Venkata Krishnaiah along with legal Judge Suryanarayana Murthy took part in the cultural programme organised by the students and distributed voter ID cards and prizes to the students.
