Governor Narasimhan felicitates NCC cadets of AP, Telangana
Governor ESL Narasimhan on Tuesday felicitated NCC Cadets from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana who participated in the Republic Day Camp at New Delhi held from January 1 to January 30.
Governor ESL Narasimhan on Tuesday felicitated NCC Cadets from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana who participated in the Republic Day Camp at New Delhi held from January 1 to January 30.
Including various activities such as Aero Modelling, Best Cadet Category, Drill, Equestrian Competition, Firing, etc, the NCC Contingent participated in the Republic Day Camp and won 3 Gold Medals, 2 Silver Medals, 7 Bronze Medals and 3 Trophies in competitions apart from the Director General of Remount & Veterinary Services Trophy.
The Governor attended the felicitation ceremony held at Raj Bhavan and heaped praises on the NCC contingent along with the efforts of the officers for their hard work.
He further asked the NCC Officers to organise a NCC camp in a village so that NCC Cadets would get an opportunity to participate in the village development activities apart from the regular camps.
