The persons were identified as Ramesh Babu and Narasimhulu of Chimakurthy in Prakasam district, Srinivas of Dornala.
The Forest range personnel questioned them up on suspicion. The trio replied that they are on padayatra to Srisailam. The Forest range personnel found Vista Car and scanner (metal detector) after further enquiry.
It is also evident that a couple of gangs comprising wild animal hunters and treasure hunters in the garb of Shiva Swamis are roaming in Nallamala forests.
Deploying such gangs in the garb of pilgrimage has become common now-a-days.
