Hyderabad: Kalwakurthy MLA Ch Vamshichand Reddy accused Panchayat Raj Minister Jupally Krishna Rao of speaking without manners. Speaking to the media at the Assembly Media Point here on Tuesday,
Vamshichand Reddy said the people would hate the Minister if they came to know about his history of irregularities and encroachment of Endowments lands. He also accused Jupally of taking bribes from contractors and looting the Prudential Bank.
Vamshichand Reddy hurled a challenge to Jupally to come for an open discussion and warned the minister to control his tongue.
