RTC depot managers urged to strive for growth
Hyderabad: In the concluding session of a three-day refresher training course organised for 43 depot managers here at the Transport Academy at Hakimpet on Thursday, TSRTC Chairman S Satyanarayana said the depot managers should strive for the development of the depots
Hyderabad: In the concluding session of a three-day refresher training course organised for 43 depot managers here at the Transport Academy at Hakimpet on Thursday, TSRTC Chairman S Satyanarayana said the depot managers should strive for the development of the depots and to work towards incurring profits.
Various modules such as positive thinking, stress management, communication skills and employee motivation, inter personnel relations, time management and leadership qualities were included in the course.
The training proved to be a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences, said the chairman. He also added that depot managers needed to take collective decisions duly discussing with the supervisors for improving services for the commuters and to increase the occupancy ratio.
Principal of the academy G R Kiran and other officials Raja Shekhar, Anjaiah, G Krishna, Shailasri, Srinivasulu, Aparna, Shashirekha, K V Ramana, K P Giri, T R Reddy, K Jagjeevan, A V Chari, Bixapathy and A Sathaiah were also present at the event.
