GHMC Online approvals for commercial buildings from tomorrow
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation(GHMC) is set to accord building permissions for all commercial and multi storied buildings online from February 20.
Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation(GHMC) is set to accord building permissions for all commercial and multi storied buildings online from February 20.
The State Government in order to facilitate ease of doing business has introduced this new system of approvals.
Approval for residential structures is already made online by the corporation and now even the commercial and multi-storyed buildings would be also granted approvals online.
In this context, the corporation has proposed to conduct an orientation programme for architects, structural engineers and planners on February 28 in two sessions from 10AM to 1PM and 2:30 to 5PM on online building approval with Soft Tech Team.
Against this background GHMC commissioner B Janardhan Reddy has appealed to all the architects, structural engineers and planners to avail this opportunity to clarify any queries on submission of applications under DPMS.
