Minister KTR offers condolence to Srinivas family
State IT Minister K T Rama Rao along with Transport minister Mahender Reddy and others on Saturday called on the family of Srinivas Kuchibhotla, the engineer who was shot dead at Kansas in the US on Wednesday.

Rama Rao consoled the parents and said that the government would stand by the family and would extend all necessary help.
Later speaking to media, KTR said that the State government was in touch with the Centre and the Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj had assured them that she was constantly monitoring the situation.
He said they have been told that necessary arrangements have been made to bring the remains of Srinivas to Hyderabad by Monday evening by Air India flight. Srinivas' wife would accompany the body.
terming it as an unfortunate incident, he said the parents of Srinivas told him to see that such incidents of hate killing do not take place anymore.
“No parent should face such a situation,” they told KTR. The IT minister said that soon he would go to New Delhi and meet Sushma Swaraj and take up the issue with her.
