Mahbubnagar, Adilabad, Bhadrachalam and Nizamabad recorded the highest day temperature of 37 degrees Celsius during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Thursday, even though there was no large change in the temperatures across Telangana. They were above normal at one or two places, the Met department bulletin said. 

Hyderabad: Mahbubnagar, Adilabad, Bhadrachalam and Nizamabad recorded the highest day temperature of 37 degrees Celsius during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Thursday, even though there was no large change in the temperatures across Telangana. They were above normal at one or two places, the Met department bulletin said.

In case of Mahbubnagar, the weather was cooler by two degrees Celsius, as the maximum on Wednesday was 39.4 deg C. The other maximum temperatures in the State were: Khammam 36.2, Medak 36.1, Ramagundam 36, Hanamkonda, Hyderabad, Nalgonda 35 each, Hakimpet 33. According to the bulletin, there was a marked rise of 4.1 degrees Celsius or more in the night temperatures at one or two places in Telangana.
