Hyderabad: Governor E S L Narasimhan’s address to the joint session of Legislative Assembly and Council on the first day of the Budget session promises to be different from the past. The address is likely to present the progress card of 100 per cent implementation of welfare schemes.

Normally Governor’s address lays emphasis on state‘s economic growth and achievement in various sectors in the previous financial year. But this year, the Governor would focus more on goals set by the government and give emphasis on sector wise development programmes.

The GAD ( Political) is giving finishing touches to the Governor’s address and it will be forwarded to the Governor for his final approval on Wednesday.

Officials said that Governor would present government’s outlook on the development of the State under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao vision to create ‘Golden Telangana.’
