​Hyderabad: BJP leader and Amberpet MLA G Kishan Reddy outscored 29 MLAs within Hyderabad and Rangareddy with 84.70 per cent rating in the second survey on performance organised by the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.

The Chief Minister who ordered survey on the functioning by the MLAs in the state gave a report card to his party leaders on Thursday. This being the second surveys apparently some have improved and some did not.

The list included performance ratings of all party MLAs for the purpose of comparative study. In the first survey report Kishan Reddy’s scored 65.90 but the score went up significantly in the second survey. The major drop in the performance was that of TDP MLA from L B Nagar R Krishnaiah, who scored 54 per cent in the first survey which dipped to 24.40 per cent in the second survey. BJP MLA from Khairatabad Ch Ramachandra Reddy, whose performance was 78.60 per cent in first survey went down to 34.80 per cent in the second survey.

Charminar MIM MLA Syed Ahmed Pasha Quadri who had 78.50 per cent in the first survey had climbed to 82.30 per cent in the second survey. MIM’s leader Akbaruddin Owaisi who was at 43.50 per cent in first survey got 57.10 per cent in the second survey. Notable decrease in the performance of MIM was in Karwan. MLA Kausar Moinuddin who was at 62.50 per cent in the first survey dipped to 38.30 per cent in the second survey.

Among the ministers in the city, all the ministers performance dipped in the second survey compared to the first survey. Excise Minister T Padma Rao was on top with highest percentage of 66.10 percent in first survey but his score came down to 61.50 per cent in the second .

Talasani Srinivas Yadav who got 80.40 per cent in the first survey scored only 57.50 per cent in the second survey. In Rangareddy district Transport Minister P Mahender Reddy who scored 68.50 per cent also fared poor by scoring 38.30 percent in the second survey.

Most of the Telugu Desam MLAs who switched their loyalties and joined the ruling TRS, too had gone down compared to their previous survey. However, Rajendranagar MLA T Prakash Goud improved his performance from 51.40 per cent to 59.80 per cent and T Sayanna from Secunderabad cantonment improved from 46.70 per cent to 59.70 per cent. The performance of TRS MLA from (Malkajgiri) in Rangareddy district C Kanaka Reddy had gone down from 60.40 per cent to 39.10 per cent.
