Hyderabad: TDP floor leader A Revanth Reddy on Friday said that the Governor E S L Narasimhan should not mislead people of Telangana by wrongly praising the TRS government.
Speaking to media persons at Assembly Media Point here, Revanth Reddy said that the Governor's address to the joint session of Assembly and Council was full of praises for Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
He said that the Governor has been praising the TRS government for the last three years without considering that it has failed to fulfill even a single poll promise. He said major promises of giving one lakh jobs, 2BHK houses for poor and 12 per cent reservation for Muslims and STs remained unfulfilled during the last three years.
He said that the TDP would be raising these issues during the motion of thanks to the Governor's address and will also demand discussion on the flagship programmes of the government.
