Hyderabad: BJP on Saturday submitted a breach of privilege notice to Assembly Speaker against Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for allegedly making some misleading comments in the House.

During a debate on the budget for 2017-18, KCR said there is no Central share in implementation of sheep distribution programme in the State, but an official document showed otherwise, BJP floor leader G Kishan Reddy said in the notice.

Quoting from the outcome budget of animal husbandry department, Kishan Reddy said the NCDC (National Cooperative Development Corporation) is offering Rs 3,000 crore as loan and Rs 1,000 crore as grant to the State.

The Chief Minister's comments in the Assembly on Friday amounted to misleading the House and a breach of privilege, the BJP legislator claimed in the notice submitted to the Speaker S Madhusudana Chary.
