The GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL), which operates Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in the city, on Saturday launched ‘Passenger is Prime (PIP)’ - an innovative initiative aimed at offering an enhanced level of experience and service to the passengers who use the airport.

Hyderabad: The GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL), which operates Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in the city, on Saturday launched ‘Passenger is Prime (PIP)’ - an innovative initiative aimed at offering an enhanced level of experience and service to the passengers who use the airport.

As the first step under the new programme, the airport has deployed a dedicated team of Passenger Service Associates (PSAs) for assisting and supporting passengers.

A team of more than 50 young and enthusiastic PSAs will be available at key touch points within the terminal, always ready to reach out to passengers to help in their journey through the airport.
