Minister inaugurates Urs procession
Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy on Saturday inaugurated the Urs-e-Sharif shandhal procession in Jalalpur of Varni mandal.Devotees in large number participated in the procession.The Minister also inspected the arrangements made for devotees at Badapahad.

He urged medical officials to be prepared with medicines for snake bite, scorpion bite and ORS packets in case of dehydration. Reddy directed the DRO to complete 40 feet CC road, central lighting, shopping complex and ten huts in between Majid-Darga till next year.
The Minister asked the officials concerned to make necessary arrangements to see that devotees face no inconvenience. Later, he along with DGM Padma Rao inaugurated the temporary BSNL cell tower for the convenience of devotees.
