ECIL bags SCOPE Award
The ECIL received the prestigious ‘SCOPE Award’ for excellence and outstanding contribution to the public sector management – institutional category III (other profit making PSEs) 2014-15 from Pranab Mukherjee in New Delhi on Tuesday. Hyderabad: The ECIL received the prestigious ‘SCOPE Award’ for excellence and outstanding contribution to the public sector management – institutional category III (other profit making PSEs) 2014-15 from Pranab Mukherjee in New Delhi on Tuesday.
The Chairman and Managing Director, Electronics Corporation of India (ECIL), Debashis Das, received the Award from the President in a glittering ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
This prestigious award has been made based on a distinguished panel of eminent persons as Jury comprising Justice R C Lahoti, former Chief Justice of India, Padma Bhushan Moosa Raza, former Secretary (to the Government of India), Padma Bhushan Dr M B Athreya, renowned Management Consultant, Arvind Pande, former Chairman, SAIL and C Phunsog, former Chairman, PESB. The award was based on the evaluation done by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd.
